In this case,developing the county level television station and raising the level of county leveltelevision news reports are the most effective method to meet the information needs offarmers.This paper studies the county level television station news significance lies inexploring a suit news strategy of the new media, through the reform play the role of thestations, make it better for the social development of county economy service, forresolving power of “three agriculture”, for enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the majority of farmers work, for creating a good atmosphere for promoting urbanizationconstruction.This paper expounds the present situation and environments of county level televisionstation, analyzes county level television news’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities andthreat using SWOT method.
