At present, Hunan province has88county TV stations. In Hunan, the constructionof a new socialist countryside, urbanization, rural cultural industry construction,solving "three agriculture" and the rise of Hunan in the process, the county televisionstation shoulder important responsibilities.This paper studies the county TV stationnews significance lies in exploring a suit of background of the times, adapt to thesituation, make it better for the social development of Hunan county economy service,for resolving power of Hunan "three rural issues", for enriching the spiritual andcultural life of the majority of farmers work, for creating a good atmosphere forpromoting Hunan’s urbanization construction.This paper expounds the present situation of Hunan county TV station, andanalyzes the Hunan province county level television news reported environment usingSWOT method. Based on the analysis of the news reports and County Economic andsocial relations, discusses the Hunan County News function. The focus of this paper isto analyze the case of news reporting in Hunan province county level television station,and from the news topics, news planning, news angle, expression, post-production andmode of transmission six aspects discusses the existing county TV station problems,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. This paper argues that in thesocialist construction of new rural and the town gradually advancing,"threeagriculture" has become the focus of county authority, all levels of governmentattention increasingly spread, wind of the rural cultural industry background, Hunanprovince county level television station development is in a period of opportunity, andthe Hunan province county level television station in the development of politics,economy, culture plays an important role in the county. On the basis of the existingHunan county television news reported problems, this paper puts forward improvementsuggestions: news topics should base on local, put people in the first, strengthsupervision; news planning should allow to break the normal procedure, to plan theactivities, advance planning; report angle should focus the hot spot and seize thepersonality, innovation and change; news expression should highlight the scene, makeuse of paralanguage, pay attention to details;post-production should pay attention torhythm, picture to audio-visual, clever use of special effects; communication waysshould use the Internet, change news production for video production, increase theintensity of the use of folk video.
