Design And Implementation Of The Private College OA System Based On Component Technology

With the rapid development of network construction, gradually mature collegemanagement information time, the office automation can help the school to the scientific andrational control of all kinds of information, so as to improve the office efficiency in the wholeschool. The starting point of private college OA system combined with low, small scale,human, financial input is limited to research, development and application of componenttechnology guidance system. The paper first carries on the analysis and modeling of thesystem, identify the system various properties required, to set boundaries for the project, andestablish the system use case model acquisition case. Implementation of component designand database design based on establishing the system use case model, use case maps for thecomponent, rendering component diagram, and consider what needs to develop thesecomponents, the self development component design. Next is the development andimplementation of the system, the combination of components in accordance with thecomponent diagram, and the security of OA system is analyzed, and the use of multi digitalsignature technology, finally the implementation of the system in accordance with thedeployment diagram.By running the system, the Hebei University of science and technology of informationtransmission and communication more smooth, reduce the staff working pressure, improvework efficiency.
