Highlight the advantages of fuzzy control is the ability to easily control experiences intothe human to the controller, but if the lack of control experience like this, it is very difficult todesign a fuzzy controller of high level. Moreover, the fuzzy controller adopted IF-THENcontrol rule, not easy to learn and adjust the control parameters. The traditional adaptivecontroller through system identification parameters which have self-renewal control function,but not easy to industrial implementation. Fuzzy control can be fuzzy information withadaptive function of language by experts to provide adaptive combining the advantages ofboth, to make the control system to adapt to the uncertainty of the controlled object, toachieve ideal control effect.In this paper, based on the fuzzy control theory, the establishment of a composed of aplurality of the rules of the fuzzy system. According to the external real-time factors, theadaptive law of this function, can according to the input and output state changes in the fuzzyrules, the rules are not static, but constantly to adapt to the new rules of the current situationof tectonic. This makes the controller can use more accurate expert experience and knowledgein the control process to automatically adapt to the current working conditions, so as toimprove the control effect.The PLC controller based on Rockwell’s experimental controller, to construct thenetwork communication platform; the object selected experimental water tank, to control theliquid level; making use of RSView32monitoring interface. This design uses the structuredtext language direct adaptive fuzzy algorithm, as the IEC61131-3international standardlanguage, it has the advantages of strong transplantation. The design of the final runsuccessfully in the experimental water tank, control is compared with the traditional PIDcontrol, prove the control effect of the fuzzy control of direct adaptive better.
