Research And Design On Implemention Of ERP In Longkou Mining Group

This paper analyzes the domestic and international research and application ofERP status, introduced the concept of ERP and its relationship with corporateresources on China’s information technology, especially information technology coalenterprises, analyzed the current situation, pointed out the existence of issue.Meanwhile, the status of implementation of ERP from coal enterprises to startresearch and analysis on coal enterprises to implement ERP methods were studied anddiscussed, and the application of ERP is to realize coal enterprise innovationmanagement thinking, to further optimize and standardize internal processes tomaximize business efficiency and resource utilization, improve the corecompetitiveness of enterprises an important way for China’s coal enterprises in thespecial characteristics of the industry and its particularity ERP applications wereanalyzed to establish the basis for this study theoretical system and methods.Based on the above work, the paper LongKou Mining Group Implementation ofERP start, a comprehensive analysis of LongKou Mining Group to develop internaland external environment, its own strengths and weaknesses as well as informationconstruction of the actual situation on the implementation of ERP LongKou MiningGroup requirements were analyzed, the LongKou mining Group ERP applicationroutes were explored, given LongKou Mining Group ERP implementation plan, tofurther clarify the ERP implementation, the software product purchase principles,methods for LongKou mining Group in the future ERP application strategyformulated to provide a solid theoretical foundation, can effectively improve thesuccess rate of ERP implementation and application of results.
