Design And Implement Of Tianjin Project Information In Programme Building Area And Credibility And Integrity System

With the quick improvement of economical social, informatization’s building hasimproved, especially E-G application area. According to the central organs’ policies,every government department should build the system of opening project informationin programme building area and credibility and integrity, intigrate information resource in programme building area. We can realize information resource’s sharing. Through the way of opening project information in programme building area and credibilityand integrity, we can ensure people’s right of knowledge and supervision. At the sametime, it can improve the staffs’consciousness in Party and government offices. It canchange former corruption, such as lack of transparency or oversize right of free decision. Following the ideas ofSOA, we design the system. We realize the system’s function by MVC application frame that is based on J2EE. And we use mellow component, such as Struts.Hibernate toachieve the system’s exploiting and arranging. Basing on the E-G network all over the city, we open up the work of opening project information in the programme building area and credibility and integrity, and push on the work of opening project information further and the work of information exchanging. So we can realize information sharing for all participating departments. We can improve the level of supervision and the programme quality. We promote the machinery of admittance and seceding in the related markets to establish and improve. We can acquire the important information ofthe programme building area and raise the informatization’s level of supervision. Finally we can ensure that the programme can run with high quality, high activity, safty and clean hands.
