With the accelerating of the city’s rapid economic growth and urban roadconstruction, the amount of the vehicles increased rapidly, the jam happens moreoften. The efficient way to use the existing traffic resource, adjust the traffic at a righttime, reduce the jam situation becomes a main subject of improving the situation ofthe urban road. Only with the real time information of all the traffic in the city, we canadjust the traffic correctly. It is a new solution to get necessary information based onthe real-time traffic information collection system. This essay told the design andimplementation of the system.
