This thesis takes the actual work as a starting point. We introduce the intelligenttransportation platform of domestic and international standards as well as ZITPProject exercise carried out based on these statements based on the background ofZhongshan Intelligent Transport Platform Project (ZITP Project). The thesis analysisthe design and development of the ZITP, and describes the demand of the system.In the process of system design and development, the thesis work on the projectevaluation and cognitive further deepened. In the process of writing, I got a deeperunderstanding of the industry-standard and improved my knowledge architecture forfuture project evaluation benefit great deal.This thesis focuses on the six parts of the platform: unified user management,attendance management, traffic data collection and storage, traffic monitoringprediction, illegal monitoring management, vehicle detection and recognition. Theparts of unified user management and attendance management can manage thepolicemen information and personnel on duty attendance scheduling plans andperformance appraisal. The part of traffic data collection and storage mainly refers tothe collection of video camera video data Zhongshan traffic monitoring points, andstored in the database. The parts of traffic monitoring prediction, illegal monitoringmanagement and vehicle detection and recognition are the core module of the system.The development of the ZITP is a project that is improved with the increase ofthe experience and continuous improvement process.There are some reserved modules need to be developed, so System requirescontinuous improvement. According to the actual needs of the sector, the needsanalysis, system design, system development and final system testing and deploymentwere made. A more systematic, detailed system was developed.
