Since reform and opening sustained, stable and efficient economic development, China’s comprehensive national strength has economies of scale and rapid leap. Highway construction sustained and rapid development, the traffic problem is becoming increasingly prominent. The traditional traffic management approaches and tools are already unable to meet the needs of today’s road traffic. As a basic industry of the national economy, transportation infrastructure and integrated transportation page has become the most active economic life, an aspect. To maintain the sustainable development of transport, not only from senior accelerate highway construction, intelligent information network construction, adding road transport facilities in order to provide the hardware and software environment. The other hand, need to be reasonable and scientific information management. The introduction of modern information technology to road traffic management.This thesis focuses on design and realization of intelligent management information system of urban traffic. Thesis first analyses the different masses of users functional requirements, system operating environment requirements, and on this basis, divide the system into notice of traffic control, traffic management, traffic monitoring, emergency management and traffic optimization scheme generates six functions such as policing and electronic module. Bottom data through GPS positioning data passed to intelligent traffic management system after; manual input of data; the system automatically generated data. System is divided into: communications command and control, answer the admissibility of police development, digital recording management control, urban traffic control, video surveillance, analysis of traffic data collection development, traffic, GPS satellite positioning and construction of intelligent road traffic guidance and traffic management.The system uses B / S structure, WEB, GPS, exhale center, PAD, cloud computing, broadcasting and so a variety of information release monitoring, statistical and management tools. From a security perspective, the system provided the final run is Linux environments. Oracle 11 g database system used for data storage, and have built up a cluster service environment, avoid high concurrency and performance issues at the systems, intelligent information services for better traffic management. Practice has proved that the system has a high availability design and implementation of this article.
