Research In Management Implementation System Based On Integration Of ERP&MES In PV Enterprise

After the Photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing enterprise of China witnessed a fastdevelopment during the period of2007to2010, due to the international marketexclusion and excessive production capacity in China and for many other reasons，itleads that Chinese photovoltaic manufacturing fall into a very hard developmentoff-peak period. During this period，every photovoltaic enterprise has to upgradetheir management level and core competence to avoid being eliminated and shutdown.For Chinese photovoltaic manufacturing enterprise， to improve its ownmanagement level, it needs to use the two important management tools： ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Butboth ERP and MES have the defect when they run singly and these two systemscannot show the best performance to us. So Chinese photovoltaic manufacturingenterprise should integrate these two systems together and make the two systems getthe better performance and help Chinese photovoltaic manufacturing enterprisedevelop in this hard period.As the current environment of photovoltaic manufacturing, this paper analysesthe following problems：(1) The research and analyses of the status quo of ERP and MES in Chinesephotovoltaic manufacturing enterprise.(2) Defections of ERP management theory and functions of modules and goaland ERP；defections of MES management theory，function and goal of MESmodules.(3) Necessity of the integration of ERP and MES， and research the problems tobe solved after the integration of ERP and MES.(4) The research of the ERP and MES implementation in Chinese photovoltaicmanufacturing enterprise.(5) ERP and MES integration solution and problems research in Chinesephotovoltaic manufacturing enterprise.(6) The effect evaluation of ERP and MES integration for the enterprise.
