There is growing demand for energy today.In our daily life,we also need more energy than it any other day. We use coal,oil,natural gas for energy in turns in the history.With the development of science and technology,the new energy is growing rapidly in near time like solar energy,nuclear,shale gas etc. All the facts indict that the exploded energy is shrinking at this time.It is necessary to develop the science and technology about energy industry.We should make the research about energy problem from all kinds of aspects.There are two kinds of modes about the simulation and research of PV sys-tems.One is building a supervisor system based the real photovoltaic plant or the systems of lab This kind of research could take the real data from the plant or lab.The other is the research based on the mathematical model in the lab about the photovoltaic module.The second research focus on optimizing the module function and control strategy. If one want to build a big scale PV plant,it is necessary for him to calculate the all kinds of parameters based the climate and radiation situation.All kinds of research focus on rising the photoelectric transfor-mation efficiency and make the PV systems run well. There is not a report about how to manage the all sorts of data in the process of the work of PV systems. The real systems often don’t make the data more tenable and clear in the supervisor system.The paper make the report from the aspect of Solar Photovoltaic Generation.It use the advanced program language C#to build the simulation system. In the process,the paper build a simulation system about the data management about the PV systems with the module of matlab simulink. matlab have the power to process data,but it could not build a page that is easy to use.The system could simulate the designed system on the basis of different situation of climate,radiation intensity and technical parameter of PV module. The system calculate and analysis the data with the methods of statistics.The system could help people who want to calculate and estimate the generating capacity before he build the PV plant.The system could also offer useful suggestion for the building the PV systems. By taking the real parameters, it could signature more details than other systems and give more differing opinions. It could also be used as a supervisor system.It offer interface that could output the data to other type of file.It is easy for other researcher to exploit the data given by this system.The system is a block-based design.The block is independent from other blocks so that every block could run well.If there is something wrong with one block,we could change the code or redesign the block. The whole system use Visio to make the database design.The database is designed by Oracle. It could record every notes in the process of the PV system working time. Because it use Oracle to make the database, it is easy to input and output data.The system is designed for a simulation and management software. But it offer interfaces to serial communication.It is very convenient to be edited twice for the need of the users.For the complex database of the system,compared to the other supervisor system,the soft could offer more detail recorded by the PV systems.It’s capacity of owning more data than the other monitoring system.
