With the development of photoelectron technology and photoelectric countermeasure technology, photoelectric detectors have been applied widely. So it is a more important practical significance to investigate interaction between laser and photoelectric detectors, especially investigate irradiation effect between high power laser and photoelectric detectors. At the present time, most of the research works that have been carried out in this field is to measure the damage threshold and to investigate the damage mechanism of various detectors, while the study of carrier transportation and dynamic response of detectors under higher power density laser irradiation (between the saturation threshold and the damage threshold of detector) is very little, the conventional theories and physics models are just applicable for low power light irradiation. In this paper, we have carried out systematical research on the nonlinear photoelectron transportation and the dynamic responses of detectors under high power density laser irradiation. The main works are as follows:A new drift-diffusion model is put forward based on the conventional model.Nonlinear coupled dynamic equations for photovoltaic detector are established. Imitative calculations to photoelectric detectors was carried out by using felicitous method and designing program capable of researching this photoelectric character. The instantaneous response rules of photovoltaic detectors under high power laser irradiation are obtained and the influence of output response of detectors due to the parameters change of material are analyzed. With heat effect in semiconductor detectors irradiated by high power laser taken into consideration, a model of thermal effect is establish based on analyzing the thermal mechanisms of detectors damage. Imitative calculation of surface temperature...
