At present, the development of internet of things has received worldwide attention. After the computer and internet, technologies about the Internet of things are considered to be the third wave for information industry and the key to deal with the international financial and economy crisis. The influence of this networking (IOTS) is in everywhere. Implicating this networking technology in the field of intelligent building can provide great opportunities for independent innovation and industrial development which is also an important direction for developing intelligent city. In this background, this paper proposes a method for building equipments information integration system of IOTS. By studying and researching the remote monitoring technology, this system is designed for building equipments that are in the IOTS environment to help people manage electrical equipments easily. Moreover, this paper details how to build IOTS based on building equipments and analyses some other problems, such as the functional requirements of IOTS, logic topology of networking, software architecture and difficulties solution of system.In this paper, the following points are emphasized:Firstly, Elaborating the concept of IOTS, networking technology and networking architecture.Secondly,Developing an alternative solution that combined with wired LAN and wireless sensor net work, according to the intelligent building equipments space distribution.Finally,Designing a distributed multi-layer system architecture using the SOA and building an information management system based on B/S(Brower/Client).In conclusion, implicating SOA architecture to information system can not only minimize the coupling between systems, but also improve interoperability, reusability, flexibility and scalability of this system. The system architecture based on the SOA will be promoted well and get broad market prospect in the field of intelligent building in the future. To sum up, the design and development of this system have a better overall of reference to other systems, which are similar to this system.
