With the development of the Internet plus era, Internet of Things that can be seen as the expansion of the Internet technology has gradually integrated into our daily lives. But with the increase of the Internet of Things systems, all kinds of problems appeared. There are serious regional barriers among the IOT systems, solutions are incompatible, lack of unified platforms that can process, exchange and share datas, user authentication mechanisms are not prefect. These result in a big number of fragments of systems. In order to solve these problems, we research the idea of SOA and then design a kind of service oriented system based on IOT.This thesis analyzes and points out needed problems on IOT systems: provide a channel that can transfer standard data, RBAC module, use and release IOT service. In order to solve these questions, we introduce SOA theory and abstract the concept of the platform layer. Firstly, we describe the relationship between the module and structure of the platform layer. Secondly, this thesis puts forward the structure of platform layer based on SOA theory. Thirdly, this thesis puts forward data service bus that can share and exchange IOT data, including data access module, data adapter module and web services transport channel. Finally, we design the function modules include RBAC module, service use module and service release module.In implementation part we do these things: Firstly, put forward the technical architecture of the system, and then begin to realize the platform layer function module. Secondly, achieve the RESTful style data service bus on platform layer, introduce implementation techniques and methods in detail; Finally, from the angle of the database table, key algorithm code and flow chart of system, this thesis realizes the RBAC module, service use module and service release module in turn.At last we develop a kind of smart service system for Internet of Things based on the WoT(Web of Things). This system provides a unified URL enry address. Through this system, IOT services can be controlled, operated, extended and accessed.
