In2010,while many TV focus on grabbing the market cake of marriage programs,Tianjin TV walked on another way to launch a large-scale workplace recruitmentreality show "Belong to You".Once launched,it quickly became a part of the currenthot reality TV show.Basing on the case of "Belong to You",this paper studies the program as a culturalphenomenon,and through analyzing the positioning content and social repercussionsof the program,it finds that its inherent temperament and culture carnival theory havehighly fit pursuit,which are the national carnival,equal dialogue.Besides,it has a certainspirit of subversion,which can explain the success of the program intrinsic motivation.At the same time,the blundering wind brought by the carnival gives the program to risea sound of questioning,and mimicing the traces of the program, over the showand host style,which is often often-criticized.Therefore,this article attempts to studythe problems of the program and how to avoid them.In this paper,with the literature survey,specification analysis and empiricalresearch methods,it first briefly discusses the carnival theory and realityTV show profiles for the subject,which provides a theoretical basis and researchbackground;then through analyzing the form of expression and successful culturalfactors in "Belong to You",it gets the answer of high fit with the carnival world.Thenthe abnormal development of the program is to beresolved to explore the solution.Thatis,break out of innovation and win through the characteristics,and beware ofout-performance and shape the workplace role models,even the hosts have overallawareness,and are good at controlling the program.
