"Win in China" was the work show broadcasted by CCTV-2 economic channel from 2006 till 2008.It had been the most outstanding work show because that the persons wining the game can earn the highest premium, its regulations was the most complicated and rigorous, the number of relevant enterprise, organization being the best in all work show played by real people at present in the our country. This paper made "to win in China" as the case study, get the experience of the innovative ideas and the mode of operation, from the tendency of the pan-entertainment, and explore the creative laws of workplace reality show.In this paper, an analysis of the status quo of the workplace reality show under the tendency of the pan- entertainment and the social significance and developing space of the survival, to provide the background subject for the research. And then tell the differences between " Win in China" and other work show at home and abroad, and explore the value of its innovative. Then extracted theoretical value from the subject with Communication Studies. Finally, summarized the value of inspiration and reference of the "win at Chinese". In addition, the article also come up with some space to explore why the "win in China" can only maintain three quarters, and not be able to continue development.
