The workplace reality show is a new TV program form which is unprecedented Popular in China’s TV screen. It is rooted in consumerism in China and the severe employment pressure, from the perspective of ordinary people, and it emphasizes on real-life experience and the scene interaction. Workplace reality show has setted up a communication platform for job seekers and enterprises which not only satisfied the audience’s psychological demands, also reflected the TV media’s social responsibilities, and therefore, such programs can be hot broadcast."Narrative" was a major topic in the study of many literature after the20th century,with time’s past, it has constantly associated with many external factors, which broadened its range of study. Research of "Narrative" has involved not only novels, mythology, fairy tales, folk tales, poetry, drama and more related to the other fields, such as movies, TV dramas, news, music, painting, dancing, construction and so on. This change builds theoretical basis of Narrative, and the renovation of research method will promote this research in-depth development. All of this will offer remarkable significance on proforma and social value.This thesis chooses "only you"(Tianjin TV) and "job comes job goes"(with cooperation of Jiangsu TV and china education TV) as research sample for they are high job-hunting reality shows in China’s TV screen. Combined with narrative related theory, this thesis researched such program’s narrative subject, narrative discourse and narrative strategy, will try to parse the content structure and the narrative characteristics of such programs, reveal the potential narrative crisis behind it, and try to put forward the corresponding solution and provide enlightenment for other similar TV programs.
