Since the hot words such as "996","007"," Involution",and " office worker",the topic of employment and work has become the focus of public attention and discussion.The ever-increasing job hunting demand and huge employment pressure have become the social status,the employment issue has also become one of the most concerned issues of the people since 2020.In order to meet the current social situation and market demand,and to help more newcomers in the workplace obtain useful workplace guidelines,major program groups have created a reality show of the type "Workplace Observation" to bring a positive workplace survival illustration to the people,filling the gaps in the domestic reality show market.This article uses the relevant theories of communication to study the communication strategies of workplace observation reality shows.Firstly,use the content innovation of this type of program as the starting point of the research to analyze the content of communication.Secondly,combine the communication platform of the progaram to study the program's dissemination methods and channels.Finally,explore the audience strategies of this kind of reality shows through the association established between programs and audiences,summarize the communication strategies of this kind of programs and provide some reference for other reality shows.
