Within the rapid developing social and commercial ecosystem environment, theimplementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system could largely meet the dailybusiness requirements. However due to the isolation of different systems, it causesinconvenience and inefficiency during the system operation, which weakened the strengths–“efficiency, flexibility” derived from a small-medium enterprises. Environmental change isthe driving force for the development of ERP system. An open, integral and intelligent “soft”platform indicates the trends for future ERP systems. This dissertation provides the semantics description and analysis towards building up themobile sales integration platform using semantics modeling methodology. Mobile salesapplication technology based on formal semantics modeling, which extends the application ofcurrent ERP system. Thereby, it can solve the synchronization issues happen between ERPsystem and mobile devices, and relieve the bottleneck status within sales business process. This thesis has mainly completed the following researching tasks:1) This thesis provides a Mobile Commerce integration business solution tailored tosmall-medium enterprises based on their real business needs and characteristics. Thisarchitecture and its solution based on Semantic model design, which can semanticallydescribe the sales business scenarios.2) Based on the actual business needs of Mobile Commerce, formal CSP is used to describethe key business scenarios of Mobile sales model through the research and study of formalsemantics and methodologies. CSP is used to semantically describe the sales businessmodel. The characteristics of CSP will provide the formal description and verification forthe Mobile Commerce integration business solutions. It’s proven to be feasible boththeoretically and practically. 3) Adopting Mobile Commerce integration technology to extend the application of currentERP system (SAP Business One), modeling and optimizing some traditional businessscenarios, realize and verify the Mobile sales system. This thesis analyzes theimplementation of the sales business and mobile commercial integration solution, whichrelieves the bottleneck status of traditional sales process.
