In the running of the airlines, aircraft maintenance management is directly related toaircraft flight safety and maintenance costs. The aircraft maintenance is a level of complexityand high technological content of the repair process, and its demand absolute safety andreliability. With the deepening of the process of social development and market-orientedrequirements of the aviation maintenance capacity is getting higher and higher, just to ensuresafe and reliable maintenance can no longer meet the social development needs to respondquickly under the premise of guaranteeing the safety of the aviation maintenance reaction,rapid repair is becoming increasingly important, so the idea of modern management tomanage aviation maintenance company is imperative. For aircraft maintenance resources andthe problem of the imbalance in market development, to build a unified information platformto achieve centralized management, clear responsibility and authority, centralized control ofinstruction maintenance goals. So the maintenance management information system is one ofthe most important systems in the construction of civil aviation maintenance information.According to the analysis of China Eastern Airlines maintenance management needs, thepaper raised a uniform data, unified process, and unified login as the total design ideas, andachieves the unified maintenance management platform by single sign-on technology, whichintegrates the various modules of maintenance management, as well as the existinginformation systems.Author analyzed the overall business of aircraft maintenance in the requirements analysis phase. This paper summarizes the responsibilities of maintenance department, managementmechanism, and maintenance of the main work. Identified through the analysis of thefunctional requirements of document management, engineering and technology management,production planning and control, maintenance control, file management, Then the paper makesure the main performance requirements and non-performance requirements of maintenancemanagement information system.Author improved the airworthiness directive processes during the analysis of businessprocess by integrating different modules and internal interface, which will improve theefficiency of maintenance work. This paper use a loosely coupled way which based on SOAarchitecture pattern just like use JMS to achieve interface communication, and use the AJAXframework ZK to improve the user experience, which allows users to page operation inreal-time interaction with the background, and reduce the operation complexity by no pagejump, while avoiding writing a large number of JavaScript statements to improve theirdevelopmental efficiency.This paper gives several implementations of major modules, which contains basic datafor aircraft information management, register and release of document, receive, assess andaudit of the engineering document, receive and confirm the task planning, manage therecording paper, registration and archiving of files. And complete implementation of the classby analysis the sequence diagram, through the data of function testing and performancetesting to make sure the system has high performance, high availability and reliability.This system has been published and it works steadily. It realizes the inform share of everydepartment, controls the process of producing planning and maintenance, achieves thereal-time monitoring of aircraft, engines and parts. It becomes the case of a success in theindustry of aviation maintenance and has a good promotional value.
