| SAP system is the superior one among ERP industry which is the best choice for the world's top 500 enterprises to build information management systems.It embodies the advanced management concept of modern enterprises,enterprise application of SAP represents the improvement of management level.SAP system is an honored standardized and integrated system,the SAP system needs to be configured and developed two times to meet the business needs of the enterprise.In this paper,the method of literature and case study,from the perspective of theory and practice,the paper analyzes the efficiency and improvement of enterprise production and planning module.I participated in the practice of the Rocky Mountain oil company SAP production planning module design and application,analysis of production plan management status of the Rocky Mountain oil company through investigation,analysis of the SAP system function combination,develop for the company's production plan,through the configuration and two SAP system developed in the system realization the production plan of Rockies Oil.This paper introduces the characteristic of SAP PP module;analysis of the Rocikes oil company currently production plan management situation and difficulties and problems to be solved from the perspective of the way,realize the functions of SAP system,the design of SAP production planning module in the way to realize the rocky rocks oil company;at the same time from the project the whole process of management,the case analysis of the Rocky Mountain's line of production planning module,from the analysis process we can realize the design idea and implementation path of the enterprise production planning module.Through the study of this thesis,we found that the enterprises using advanced ERP management software,especially like SAP powerful software,can quickly improve our work efficiency,a short period of time,let us quickly enhance the production management ability.But the on-line SAP software production plan is a huge project,less than tens of millions,hundreds of millions of capital investment,which requires us to use scientific methods,strong project management and control to ensure the success of the project.At present,the PP module of the SAP system in Rockies Oil has been successful on-line and keep stable operation,to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of resource allocation,promote finance row and business management fast.Rockies Oil has been the success of the template as a reference to other companies in the Rocky Mountains reference,and make the SAP system implementation cycle is greatly shortened,while improving the success rate of the implementation of the system. |
