Collection resources construction plays an important role in library resource constructionand makes major effect on the development of the library cause. The ultimate goal ofconstructing the layout of library resources is to get the library of various types of informationresources and the facilities in library the maximum effect by rational and effective layout.This can improve the level of library services and makes library management and servicework in the maximum to meet the information needs of users, and promote knowledgeexchange and communication, to achieve the progress of the whole society.
