This paper make Guo Meimei event as the main object of study,using case analysis, model analysis and other research methods, analysis Guo Meimei eventfrom the network view diffusion angle. This article draws on the definition of a network ofpublic opinion and information dissemination, proposed the concept of the proliferation ofnetwork views, stressing the proliferation of network views the relative consistency in theprocess, strong, persistent and infectious. Clarify the elements of the proliferation of networkviews. To study the diffusion path of the network views, based on Internet users concerned,dividing the path into five stages as incubation period, the outbreak, the spread, the repeatedand remission. Stressed the importance of response and guidance in the outbreak of thenetwork views. In order to propose operational response and to guide measures for network ofpublic opinion, this paper also distinguishes the driving force of the proliferation of networkviews.
