Driver Design And Implementation Of Movable Termination In The Wireless Monitoring And Warning System

Wireless monitoring and warning system is a embedded hardware and software system which is based on the principles of computer and brings GPS, GIS, RS and CS together. The whole system is composed of data collection, wireless data transmission and central server. It has the characteristics of strong stability, flexible network, easy to maintain, low cost and so on, which can be used in a lot of situations, such as mine, dam, channel levee, large bridge, high-rise buildings, large venue and so on. This system is suitable for all-round promotion in the whole country and can effectively reduce the engineering and geological disasters, thus having great realistic meaning.This system uses the S3C2440 processor developed by the company of Samsung and based on ARM920T kernel. This processor has high level of integration and many peripheral interfaces, simplifies the design of system hardware and improves the stability of the system. The development platform is the one developed by the Microsoft Windows CE5.0 operating system which includes the characteristics of high reliability, small kernel, and the support of multi-CPU and lots of drivers, and is suitable to develop small and mobile handheld devices.This paper introduces the work principles of wireless monitoring and warning system. It takes the driver design of the mobile terminal as the research objects and studies the four development models under the embedded operating system-WinCE, several load modes of the drivers and interrupt handling methods. In addition, taking the model of image acquisition as example, this paper explains the development process of driver, and then realizes the load of wireless network card and resolves the problems of unrecognized wireless network card. Finally, in order to prevent the users from accidental deletion, this system uses the file filtering system to deal with those files needed to be protected.The drivers of the mobile terminal in the wireless monitoring and warning system has been debugged and tested for a long time, which realizes the distant and real-time stable transmission of image and the information of GPS in the wild, and has been in practical application.
