Study On Ideological And Political Work Of Medical Undergraduates In The Grass-roots Employment In Guizhou Province

In recent years, as China’s higher education gross enrollment ratio increases and the higher education gradually transforms from "elite education" to "mass education", there are more and more university graduates who face difficult employment problems, which have attracted extensive attention of the state, society and family. Therefore, undergraduates face many pressures and challenge of employment, whether college students can employ successfully is not only related to personal development and family harmony, but also is more related to the security and stability of the society as a whole. Employment is the basis of people’s livelihood. Since the General Office of CPC central committee issued a notice about Advice on how to guide and encourage college graduates to face the grass roots employment in 2005, more attention has been paid to guide and encourage graduates to have employment at grass roots and there is a broad place for graduates thanks to the enough jobs at grass roots. With the continuous development of China’s basic medical health, especially in the propaganda of country and universities, an increasing number of medical undergraduates are aware of the broad prospects for employment at grassroots level, but the gap between the ideal and the reality makes many medical graduates hang back on this employment. Graduates would rather have part-time jobs in the Diethyl above hospital of city than work and develop at grass roots, which cause the contradictory phenomenon that there are too many talent resources in city medical health while there is a shortage of talent resources at township hospitals.How to guide medical undergraduates to the grass-root employment, to achieve colleges’ cultivating targets that is "next to where, well done" talent at the grass-roots level, and increase fresh energy to develop the grassroots medical health have become a hot topic focused by country and society. Based on the practical significance of medical undergraduates, this paper puts forward some suggestions from the national, school and individual level. First of all, in order to provide theoretical support for the future direction of ideological and political work of colleges, this paper according the present investigations of medical undergraduates employment to analyze the medical undergraduate employment problems of Guizhou province. Secondly, Combined with the methods and roles of medical undergraduates’ ideological and political work at grass-roots employment, it is effective to promote the unification of medical undergraduates. As a result, related with domestic and foreign scholars research on college students’ employment, it improves the ideological understanding of the medical undergraduates facing grass-roots employment questions. At the same time, medical health service can be improved at grass roots and also medical graduates can self-develop to succeed.
