The teaching operation ability is a series of teaching behaviors in classroom teaching in order to achieve the established teaching objectives.As for high school physics teacher, because of advanced teaching ideas and teaching experience. The teacher has the unique teaching operation ability in the teaching material presentation, classroom organization and management and teaching evaluation and so on. the physics teaching operation ability characteristic is remarkable,they are good at combining the knowledge points and questions,All kinds of ideas and summed up higher than that of the students is very flat and the placement method.they are good at standing in the physics of the height of high school physics,Attempt to change the students’ understanding of physics in the fundamental sense by means of the advanced thought and the transmission of the way of thinking.High school physics teacher as the first line of teaching reform and demonstration,,They can fulfill the given task very well by the state.Mainly depends on their professional ability.In the dimension of teachers’ professional ability, teaching ability plays a key role.However, there are few studies on the operational ability of physics teacher teaching at present.They emphasis on the teaching ability of such a large research direction.Physics teachers in the basic education reform has a leading role model,What are the characteristics of their teaching skills? This is exactly the problem to be solved in this research.In this paper, through the study of the teaching behavior,from the point of view of physics teaching behavior.Selected Guiyang city high school physics teacher as the research object,Using the classroom observation method, the interview method was used to record and analyze the teaching behavior of the senior high school physics teacher.Summed up the high school physics teacher in the language of the show behavior, nonverbal behavior, the text shows the behavior, the characteristics of the dialogue between teachers and students.These characteristics are the key to the high school physics teacher’s outstanding teaching achievements, which is worth learning and learning from the young teachers.
