The implementation of the new curriculum reform needs more highly qualified teachers,expect the teacher constantly strive to improve their teaching ability.The content of the teaching ability and definition is very broad.This article focuses on teaching skills.Teaching skills is a teacher in the classroom teaching in order to achieve the established teaching goal and adopt a series of basic ability of teaching behavior.Young teachers have received a lot of advanced teaching concept,but not enough rich experience in teaching,therefore,present ability in the teaching material,classroom organization and management ability and the ability of teaching evaluation has its special performance.Young teachers in high school physics teaching skills have significant features,for teachers' personality,style,degree of growth,the differences between the professional knowledge,professional skills,and so on makes the teaching skills have different show.High school physics teachers as teaching first-line workers and an important force in each school,if they can complete the teaching task,so the students for the school has immeasurable positive impact.However,teacher's teaching skills at home and abroad study is less,more focus on teaching ability on such a large research direction,and the study of young teachers teaching skills are much rarer.Physical young teachers in the elementary education reform has the first effect,and their teaching skills what are the characteristics? This is the problem to be solved in this study.This article through to record and finishing of young teachers teaching behavior,from the perspective of physics teaching behavior,select the guiyang city high school physics teaching young teachers as the research object,the use of classroom observation and interview method to record and analyze the behavior of young teachers in high school physics teaching,summed up the high school physics teachers in language expression,text rendering behavior,the dialogue between teachers and students behavior characteristics,these characteristics is the high school physics teachers can be the key to excellent teaching achievements,it is worth to study further.
