There're so much concern has been focused on the certifying and cultivating of the expert teacher in the education field while the cognition on the expert teacher is poor.Under the guidance of the teachers'professional development theory, by the means of Literature Analysis, Delphi and Questionnaire Survey, this paper puts a systemic and in-depth discussing on the characteristics of the expert teacher, gives a characteristic framework of the expert teacher, creates a elaborate characteristic system of the expert teacher aiming at promoting the certifying and cultivating of the expert teacher.The research designing of this paper is as follows:Chapter 1 Introduction: Briefly introducing the background, methods and meaning of the research, the significance of the research on the characteristics of expert teacher is emphasized.Chapter 2 The research summarizing on the characteristics of the expert teacher: Defining the connotation of"expert teacher"and arguing the limitations of the current research based on the Literature Analysis.Chapter 3 The framework on the characteristics of the expert teacher: This chapter puts forward a hypothesis of the characteristics of the expert teacher on the base of the Literature Analysis, gives a framework on the characteristics of expert teacher by means of Delphi.
