Research On Entrepreneurship Education’s Present Problems And Countermeasures In Higher Vocational School

The fact that employment situation is increasingly grim makes higher vocational students change traditional concept of employment.They will transform creators of job instead of takers.Therefore,in highervocationalcolleges,entrepreneurship educationcan not only accelerate economic development, alleviate employment pressure, but can also achieve sustainable development of human and economy and promote the development of vocational education. Currently, there are still many urgent problems for entrepreneurship education of the initial stage.Inthis paper,I will implement surveys for the students of economics and management major in higher vocational colleges.The surveys include several aspects: the awareness of entrepreneurship,the relationship between major and entrepreneurial education, curriculum,way,practical activities as well as external support. In order to find main problems in higher vocational colleges, I investigate current situation by using the questionnaires and interview.Meanwhile,by the in-depth interview for six entrepreneurial students who are in college or has graduated,I summarize the same and different entrepreneurial characteristics and their entrepreneurial reflections.The problems of entrepreneurial education are:the cognitive of entrepreneurship education is not accurate;fusion between entrepreneurship education and curriculum is not enough;comprehensiveness of teachers is not strong; the teaching methods is not innovative; practical activitiesare not rich; the effectiveness of external environment is not enough.On the basis of current situations, entrepreneurship cases,questionresearches and by learning the successful experience to carry out entrepreneurship education at home and abroad,I put forward countermeasures and suggestions for higher vocational colleges due to SWOT analysis.Entrepreneurship educationgives full play to the advantage of the students by changing the concept of education, creating time-sensitive curriculums. Entrepreneurship educationcompensates for the disadvantages of student adopting a variety of teaching methods, enriching students’ business knowledge and improving their entrepreneurial capacity. It can raise the effectiveness and promote the development of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges through taking full advantage of the external environment and opportunities.Making best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages of entrepreneurshipeducation,higher vocational colleges should optimize the entrepreneurship education teachers and carry out effective practical activities to cultivate students’ innovative ability and entrepreneurial spirit so as to weaken the entrepreneurs’ threat of students.
