Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Students’ Entrepreneurship Of G Higher Vocational Colleges

With the increasing number of college graduates and the increasing downward pressure on the economy,employment difficulties have become a widespread problem in colleges and universities.In order to further reduce the employment pressure faced by college students,the state has issued a series of policies and measures on college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship,and schools are constantly improving entrepreneurship education.At present,there are many researches on college students’ entrepreneurship in China,but few researches on higher vocational college students’ entrepreneurship.In fact,as the proportion of higher vocational college students pursuing further education is far lower than that of higher education institutions,and the proportion of some students directly finding jobs is higher than that of higher education institutions under the pressure of life,it is necessary to carry out research specifically on entrepreneurship of higher vocational college students.Considering that the entrepreneurship rate of students in Higher vocational colleges in Guangdong is higher than that of students in higher vocational colleges in China,the students in G higher vocational college located in Guangdong are selected as the research object to study the problems and countermeasures existing in the entrepreneurship of students in G higher vocational college,so as to lay a foundation for improving the entrepreneurship rate and success rate of students in G higher vocational college.It also provides reference for similar higher vocational colleges to improve the entrepreneurial rate and success rate of students.This study mainly adopts case study method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and combines social learning theory,planned behavior theory,management by objectives theory and entrepreneurship theory to investigate and study the entrepreneurship situation of G vocational college students from the basic quality of entrepreneurs,entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship environment.According to the questionnaire and interviews,it is found that G vocational college students are faced with the following problems :(1)in terms of the quality of entrepreneurs,entrepreneurs lack innovation ability,practical experience and business quality;(2)In the aspect of entrepreneurship education,there are few professional teachers and lack of entrepreneurship experience,lack of the overall framework of entrepreneurship education,and lack of pertinence and effectiveness of entrepreneurship guidance;(3)In terms of entrepreneurial environment,there are problems such as lack of entrepreneurial platform,insufficient financial support,weak entrepreneurial atmosphere and limited family environment support.In view of the problems,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward :(1)in the aspect of entrepreneurial quality,guide vocational college students to strengthen their own ability cultivation,do a good job in entrepreneurial project planning,strengthen the cultivation of commercial quality,etc.;(2)In the aspect of entrepreneurship education,guarantee professional teachers,improve the innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform,and establish the whole process of entrepreneurship guidance mechanism;(3)In terms of entrepreneurial environment,we should give full play to the positive role of entrepreneurial incubation platform,strengthen the construction of financial support,create a good entrepreneurial atmosphere,and strengthen the cultivation and support of families for students’ entrepreneurial consciousness.It is expected that this study will be beneficial to improve the entrepreneurship rate of students in G vocational college,and also provide certain reference for similar vocational colleges to improve the entrepreneurship rate of students.
