Study On The Problems And Strategies Of Entrepreneurship Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

On October 19,2015,Premier Li Keqiang delivered a speech at the first "National Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week" in Beijing.He stressed that China is at a critical period when the growth model and old growth drivers are being replaced.The structural reform of mass entrepreneurship and innovation should stimulate the creativity of the whole society and create a new engine of development.In recent years,entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges has been carried out in full swing and has been pioneering and innovating on the road of entrepreneurship education research.However,innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in China started late and there are still many deficiencies.The research theme of this paper is to solve the problem of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges with the SYB model of entrepreneurship education.The research objects are students,graduates and teachers of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and the research goal is to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges from the two aspects of internal guarantee mechanism and external support system.The research methds are as follows: In this paper,literature research method is used to explore the theory;two types of higher vocational students who have participated in and have not participated in SYB project was investigated with the method of questionnaire in order to analyze student entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship education and the SYB project;the interview method is used to understand the attitude and measures of teachers and research directors in higher vocational colleges towards students’ entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship education and SYB project;the comparative analysis is used to summarize the advantages of SYB mode of entrepreneurship education.According to the survey,entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges still exist some problems,such as the lack of scientific education process and financial support,the need of improvement of the teachers group,and the entrepreneurship education atmosphere is not strong.The internal causes of these problems are the failure to form a resultant forceof entrepreneurial education and the evaluation management system is not perfect.The external causes are the inefficient publicity of entrepreneurship policies and the insufficient investment in entrepreneurship education.Experiences of SYB project can be used for entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.In terms of internal guarantee mechanism,the school integrates entrepreneurship education into the talent training process,strengthens the team construction of entrepreneurship education teachers,and creates a campus entrepreneurial culture atmosphere;in terms of external support system,the government provides policy support to build a diversified mode of entrepreneurship education resources,and mobilizes enterprises and social forces to actively participate in entrepreneurship education.The main framework of this paper is as follows: the first part explains the concept of entrepreneurship education,SYB and higher vocational entrepreneurship education,analyzes the research status and significance,introduces the research content,research methods and innovation.The second part describes the theoretical basis and practical exploration of SYB project.The third and fourth parts explain the survey tools and analyze the survey results.The fifth part summarizes the current situation,problems and causes of entrepreneurship education.The sixth part aims to put forward the entrepreneurship education countermeasures from the internal security mechanism and external support system based on the advantages of SYB project,.
