Junior high school students are in the adolescent stage, which is special and critical period for individual development. During this period, the importance of peer groups for youth development has increased significantly. Peer relations contribute to good physical and mental health and learning, hobby development and meeting the needs of adolescent emotional communication of young people. Therefore, the study appears in the adolescent peer communication problems and give guidance worthy of our attention.The author communicate with student in Lanzhou W a class the middle school by non-participation observation, combined with teacher ’introduction to determine the case. Under the guidance of Psychosocial Therapy Pattern, through the observation of the main case and the interviews of parents, teachers and students, collected wealthy first-hand material. Based on these data to the main case for detailed needs assessment and define the problem, developed service plans to conduct direct treatment for the main case and change the case of the main indirect treatment of the environment. The author mobilized the initiative of the case fully, and played the role of social workers linked resources and mobilized the resources around the case to impact on the case.After three stages of intervention and involvement, the author help enhance the self-confidence and interpersonal situation has improved significantly. In the course of practice,the author explores the feasibility of Psychosocial Therapy Pattern in constructing social support networks, the author reflect the process of practice believe that Social workers should transform point of intervention flexibly,and services when the intervention of schools, social worker should coordinate the school goals and social objectives, which is more contributing to the development of substantive work.
