Research On The Trust Of Teachers And Students In The Perspective Of Human Transcendence

Trust means a kind of positive expectation goals to certain behavior or obligation responsibility fulfilling demands of subjective in intersubjective, which is a kind of uncertain and interactive behavior intersubjectively.Trust between teachers and students means to develop a kind of relationship takes teachers and students as subjects with faith, on the basis of judge or perceive,through statements, commitment, and the expect of reliable behavior in the scenery of teaching.This paper discusses the problem of the relationship between the trust of teachers and students and the human transcendence.In this paper, through the method of literature,the method of history and logic,and the method of comparative research, on the basis of combing the problems of the trust between teachers and students, learned that trust needed a development from attachment to expect,from self-interest to altruistic; Through the bilateral nature of trust between teachers and students and future directionality to explore the human nature of its foundation. Through differentiating and ruling out the main factions of ideological thoughts, we will eventually concluded that the trust between teachers and students due to their human transcendence.The transcendence of people contains the incompletion and the hope for the future, which is the force to promote the development and constantly improve of people in better direction.For the establishment of the trust relationship between teachers and students,the transcendence is the source of development of human beings.Based on this, this article in view of the trust constructing between teachers and students, focus on the transcendence of people to put forward corresponding strategies.In the process of concrete research, this article mainly about the literature analysis, the trust between teachers and students, the connotation of human nature, the basement of the trust between teachers and students of human nature—human transcendence, based on the basis of transcendence to build trust between teachers and students.Literature analysis is mainly about defining the trust between teachers and students, the connotation of human nature.Based on which,focused on how the transcendence of human becoming the basement of the trust between teachers and students,furthermore,analysis the relationship.Finally,regression of theory to reality, to discuss the construction of the trust between teachers and students, through the awakening of transcendence of subject, the transcendence of the self and the other of trust subject to construct the issues of trust between teachers and students.
