Trust is the basic mechanism in the operation of the organization, which set out to maintain organizational effectiveness and maintain an important impact on the survival of organizations. The organization has very important significance. The trust between school leaders and teachers is an important aspect of trust in the management of secondary schools, which plays an important role in many aspects: the trust relationships between leaders and teachers and the management of secondary schools can reduce costs and improve organizational performance, but it also is an effective means of encouraging teachers to inspire and arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of the teachers. A good trust between leaders and teachers can help develop and maintain a harmonious interpersonal relationship and promote harmonious campus construction, and ensure the physical and mental health of students and staff; good trust between leaders and teachers could help Education schools promote the reform and innovation changes. It is beneficial to the long-term development of the school. On the basis of the results of research the author draws on psychology, sociology and organizational behavior of trust, using questionnaires designed by the trust between leaders and teachers. The leaders and teachers finished questionnaires designed by the Hunan Liuyang City, Anhui Susong County and 12 of the 155 leaders secondary schools and 302 teachers conducted a survey, the author drew the following conclusions:(1) Self-prepared questionnaires of self confidence between leaders and teachers, and the masses prove to be very helpful. Questionnaire includes four factors, namely, competence, integrity, authority and relationship between leaders and teachers. Questionnaire between leaders and teachers includes four factors, including close, initiative, utilitarian and altruistic ones.(2) Rural junior middle school teachers, who were tested for confidence in cadres and trust between cadres, and the commitments to organizations, on the whole are in the middle-to-above level. Authority trust played a leading role in the variable of leaders-teachers trust; personal trust played little impact in the test. Factors of close relation between workmates values high in the test; normalized commitments in organizational commitments tended to play a leading role.(3) Rural junior middle school teachers who were tested are affected by the trust between cadres and the subjects they are teaching. There were three main factors, namely, competence, authority, integrity, as well as the total scores of trust shared between cadres. Teachers who were on biochemical test scores significantly a higher score than that of the math teachers did.(4) Rural junior middle school teachers who were tested are affected by the years they have already contributed to teaching, which was mainly embedded in the average scores of cadres-mass trust and personal quality. Teachers who have more than 15 years of experience in teaching scored significantly higher scores than who have only 5 to 15 years'experience in teaching.(5) Rural junior middle school teachers who have been tested are in positive association with the factors of relationship between the leaders and the teaching staffs. Correlation between leaders and teachers and organizational commitment was a rather positive one.(6) Test for teachers'confidence in cadres tended to be indicative to the relation between leaders and teachers, in which, the relationship between relative and authoritative factors played a significant role on the relation of cadres and teaching staffs. Rural junior middle school teachers who were tested between leaders and teachers and dimensions trust between cadres been very significant role in the forecast.(7) That three factors of competence, authority and relationship do have impact on the examination of rural junior middle school teachers, which can predict their organizational commitment. What was more, the economic and ideological commitments of teachers in the test had direct impact of the prediction. Among which the economic commitment had negative prediction to the relationship between leaders and teaching staffs.(8) The initiative, altruism, utilitarian and other factors have predicted impact on the organizational commitment. Utilitarian factor plays a negative predicted role. The ideological and economic commitments of organizational commitments among the rural middle-school teachers have significant predicted impacts.(9) Leading the trust between leaders and teachers, and organizational commitment of rural junior middle school on the whole are in the middle-to-above level. Confidence in the authority between leaders and teachers plays a leading role. The trust in person is the weakest one; factor in its close relations between cadres and masses take a leading role in its commitment to standardized organizational commitment.(10) Examination of rural junior middle school to a certain extent was effected by gender, age and marital status as follows: male leadership in the trial was between cadres and trust the competence, authority two factors, organizational commitment and the cadres and the masses on the score were significantly higher than that of female leaders were test scores; between cadres and trust in the competence factor scores on ,36-49-year-old group were significantly higher than those below 35 years of age group in the authority of factor scores, the test was married leadership significantly higher than the unmarried by the leadership test.(11) Trust between leaders and teachers among rural middle-school leaders, to some extent, is influenced by their qualifications, titles of technical post, which was manifested in: the competence factor, the Normal School Group, the undergraduate group scored significantly higher than that of the master's group scored in the authority factor, the arms as well as the group scored significantly higher than the master's group scored in the character factor, One, two titles in the leadership of the test scores significantly or very significantly higher than that of secondary school senior title was leading test scores.(12) Trust between leaders and teachers among rural middle-school leaders is mainly affected by the amount of time he or she has been through. They were mainly as follows: serving more than eight years leading test scores were significantly higher than 6-8 and serving two years leading the test scores, was significantly higher than that representation was leading 3-5 in the test scores.(13) Rural junior leadership of the trust between leaders and the teachers have three aspects namely, competence, character, the relationship between cadres and the masses with their three factors were in significant positive correlation between cadres and trust the competence, authority and organizational commitment two factors was significantly correlated; organizational commitment and the leaders and teachers was a significant positive correlation.(14) There was a significant correlation in the variables of the trust between leaders and teachers, dimensions of personal quality, public relations and cadre relations. There was high correlation among variables of competence, authority and organizational commitment; organizational commitment and relations between cadres correlate significantly.(15) Examination of rural junior middle school was leading the trust between cadres factor in the competence, authority between leaders and teachers of its forecast significant role in rural junior middle school leadership was tested in the close relations between cadres and masses of factors, and between cadres and their altruism factor trust a very significant role in the forecast(16) Leading rural junior middle school was between leaders and teachers and confidence in the test of competence, integrity factor on the organizational commitment is very significant role in the forecast; rural junior middle school test organizational commitment by the leadership in the commitment to the ideal of economic commitment, emotional commitment and the commitment of standardized trust between leaders and teachers Notable are very significant role in the forecast.(17) Two factors of initiative and utilitarian have positive prediction to organizational commitments. Its organizational commitment forecast significant role in rural junior middle school test organizational commitment by the leadership in the economic commitment, emotional commitment and its normative commitment between cadres Relations also have significant or very significant role in the forecast, the economy of trust between cadres and the commitment of the negative forecasts.(18) Rural middle-school leaders and teachers in the test scored significantly different marks in the test was between cadres and trust, and competence, integrity, and authority of the four factors scored significant difference exists, leading Test scores were higher than the test scores of teachers.(19) Examination of rural junior middle school teachers and the leaders in the variables of cadres and the masses and closer, initiative in the test scored significantly. The scores of leader's part in terms of intimacy, initiative variables were higher than the scores of teachers'while teachers scored high than that of leaders'in the test of altruism.(20) The scores in organizational, ideological commitments are stratified differently for the leader subjects and teacher subjects. The scores of leader's part is higher than that of teachers'.
