| Since the reform and opening up,China has changed with each passing day in the political,economic and cultural fields,and the Chinese society is also changing from acquaintance society to stranger society,and social trust is facing a crisis.Focusing on the field of education,the trust between teachers and students has also been challenged,but in the process of comprehensively promoting the administration of schools according to law,it needs the vital trust of teachers and students,so the empirical research on teachers trust of middle school students is taken as the topic.This study is based on “middle school teachers professional standards”from the three dimensions of teachers' professional concept and teachers' ethics,teachers' professional knowledge,teachers' professional ability,to understand the current situation of middle school students' trust in teachers,in-depth analysis of the main factors affecting middle school students' trust in teachers,and on this basis put forward suggestions to enhance middle school students' trust in teachers.This article mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,carries on the research to the middle school student to the teacher trust.The following main conclusions are drawn: on the whole,middle school students' trust in teachers is in a comparative degree of trust,but in the professional concept and teachers' ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability three dimensions show different levels of trust level.Among them,professional concept and teacher moral trust level is the highest,professional ability trust level is the second,professional knowledge trust level is the lowest.In order to deeply understand the trust of teachers among middle school students in different grades,the nature of their schools and whether they are class cadres,the main problems in middle school students' trust in teachers are low level of trust in students' attitude and behavior,low level of trust in teachers' educational psychology,low level of trust in teachers' communication ability,and still lack of trust in teachers' professional ideas and teachers' ethics.The study established regression equations with dependent variables such as total trust scores,teacher professional ideas and teacher ethics trust,teacher professional knowledge trust and teacher professional capabilities trust,and found that teacher-student interaction,school management,teacher literacy,negative news and other factors mainly affect middle school students trust in teachers.For thisreason,the research puts forward the following suggestions to enhance the trust of middle school students to teachers in an all-round way.We need to promote two-way communication by changing the concept of teachers and students,mastering the art of communication,strengthening rational analysis to break through the barrier of teacher-student interaction.We need to improve the quality of school management by using scientific means such as building the school culture of trust between teachers and students,the management means of "Internet + education" and carrying out rich and colorful activities.We should strengthen the construction of the teaching staff to improve the quality of teachers in an all-round way by establishing the concept of total quality training of teachers,building a high quality teaching staff and establishing the credit system of the education industry.We should carry forward the traditional culture of respecting teachers and attaching importance to education,publicize the true and positive image of teachers and guide students to improve their media literacy,so as to adhere to the correct guidance of public opinion and spread positive social energy. |
