The trust between teachers and students is a kind of interpersonal relationship,which is the mutual relationship formed by teachers and students in the process of education and teaching,on the basis of mutual evaluation,through the expectation of statement,commitment and behavior reliability.It is a two-way relationship between teachers and students in the framework of interaction.It requires the trust subject —— The joint participation of teachers and students,both are indispensable.In the practice of education teaching,junior high school students are in a physical and psychological development imbalance stage,healthy,harmonious,harmonious relationship between teachers and students not only help the healthy growth of teenagers,also helps to promote their correct world outlook,the outlook on life and values of shaping and formation,at the same time promote the smooth development of education teaching activities.However,in reality,there are still many problems in the relationship between teachers and students in junior high schools.The psychological immaturity of junior high school students leads to frequent contradictions and conflicts in the process of getting along with teachers,resulting in the disharmonious relationship between teachers and students.Therefore,how to reconstruct the good relationship between teachers and students in junior high school is an important issue that the educational circle has been thinking about.This study is dedicated to studying the reality of the trust between teachers and students in junior middle school,and tries to explore the path of the development of a good teacher-student relationship based on trust.In H city B middle school as the research object,using the interview method and observation method,the practice of B middle school teachers and students in classroom and off-class communication for non-participatory field research,observation and experience,select part of teachers and students in-depth interview,get real,objective first-hand information,and on the basis of the theory of research data and analysis,trying to dig deeper factors affecting the development of junior middle school teachers and students trust,explore to build good junior middle school teachers and students trust and methods.In the process of specific research,this study first based on the loss of trust in the school education,junior high school stage the particularity of the relationship between teachers and students and teachers and students trust in the education of the unique value topic,retrieval about education trust,the relationship between teachers and students and the trust between teachers and students related literature,on the basis of literature induction and sorting,put forward the research purpose of this study.Junior middle school teachers and students are the research objects,and the interview method and observation method are used to conduct field research on the trust between junior middle school teachers and students,so as to deeply grasp the current reality of the trust between junior middle school teachers and students,and provide a possible path for building a good teacher-student relationship based on trust.Secondly,on this basis,the connotation of core concepts such as trust,educational trust,teacher-student trust and teacher-student relationship is clarified,and the teacher-student trust is divided into four dimensions: knowledge trust of teacher and student trust,teacher and student character trust,teachers and students ’ability trust and teachers and students’ emotional trust.Meanwhile,the theoretical basis of the research is elaborated in detail.Again,in the process of H city B middle school of field research and observation,found that junior high school teachers and students trust reality is not very ideal,there are many problems,these problems are the communication between teachers and students and the process of trust building,their emergence and existence also to some extent reflects the distrust between teachers and students,reflects the trust between teachers and students is missing and the phenomenon of alienation.Then,on the basis of in-depth examination and detailed mining of the research data,it is found that the insufficient communication and interaction between teachers and students,the loss of teachers’ subject consciousness as trust construction and the weak school trust atmosphere are all important factors leading to the unsatisfactory reality of trust between teachers and students.Trust between teachers and students is the teachers and students in the practice of communication established and development,it will not naturally,also not in the shallow conversation,but need artificial efforts,deep emotional accumulation and physical and psychological environment support maintenance,to better play to the function of trust between teachers and students,realize its value.Therefore,this study finally proposes that the ideal construction to promote the trust between teachers and students in junior middle school should be based on practice.Under the guidance of relevant theories,the life world should be regarded as the communication between teachers and students,form the basis of trust,awaken the subject consciousness of teachers,and advocate the school to cultivate the culture of trust.
