| Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in China in 1999, the number of students in colleges and universities has been growing rapidly. This has resulted in an explosion in a short period of time, the number of college young teachers, most of the young teachers in post immediately assume the main teaching and research task, and gradually become the main force of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities. Under such a background, the young college teachers’ teaching level and professional quality of good and bad, is bound to affect the quality of teaching in higher education and long-term development, will also affect the realization of invigorating the country through science and education and the strategy of talent powerful nation. Thus, in recent years, the cultivation of young college teachers in service has been a common concern of the whole society and the academic community.This paper takes the college teacher training as the starting point, taking the young teachers of science and Engineering in universities as the research objects.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the literature data, this paper explains the related concepts and theoretical basis,summarized the existing problems, lack of scientific training concept, lack for and practical training content, lack of training, management and planning system, lack of training quality of the lack of the guarantee measure training effectiveness evaluation and so on, and the analysis, lack of scientific training concept, lack for and practical training content,lack of training, management and planning system, lack of training quality of the lack of the guarantee measure training effectiveness evaluation, and for these problems were analyzed.At the same time, we learned from the experience of post job training of university teachers in developed countries, and combined with the professional characteristics of young teachers in universities of our country,from the training concept, training management, training content and form, training assessment and other aspects of the promotion, propose suggestions on the implementation of normalized post training of young teachers in science and technology.For young teachers to undertake the teaching and research work in colleges and universities.Thoroughly implement the concept of lifelong education, vocational training normalization, to enhance the science and engineering professional contingent of young teachers overall ability of education and teaching, to promote science and engineering professional young teachers’ professional development and improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities have an important significance. |
