With the popularization of higher education,China has become a big country in engineering education.However,the quality of engineering talents is difficult to improve synchronously.There are several problems we need to face during the process of talents cultivation,firstly,the orientation of Optoelectronic information science and Engineering talents training is relatively vague,secondly,current training mode for Optoelectronic information science and Engineering talent is simplex and featureless,thirdly,graduates can not meet the needs of the enterprise,and our talents lack the international competitive power.With the fast development of Optoelectronic techniques and industry,to improve the talent quality of Optoelectronic information science and Engineering is not noly the objective requirement to ensure industry development but also an important step for us to become strong in engineering education.Training plan is an important way to guarantee the quality of talents in Optoelectronic information science and Engineering.Training plan is a blueprint for talent cultivation,which decides the type of talents and their cultivation ways.The type of talents can be designed by training target,the curriculum and training mode can tell us how to achieve the aim and we can evaluate the culture results by evaluation system.Furthermore,we can revise training plan by evaluation system and ensure talent quality in this way.This research is important for industry development and also a response to demand of engineering educaiton and New Engineering.Text analysis is used to deeply analyze these training plans from four aspects,training target,curriculum,training mode and the evaluation system.It is found that the current Optoelectronic Information Science and engineering specialty training programs are incomplete and the core elements are lacking in substance,the training goal of the Optoelectronic information science and engineering training program is assimilated,and the expression of the text is not clear,the connection between different elements is improper,major courses are scattered and the reform of the training mode still needs to be strengthened.However,industrial requirements can not be revealed by text analysis.Applied talents is the key to achieve innovation-driven development in China.So it is necessary to know about requirements of related enterprise.This paper takes one university in west China as an example,a questionnaire survey is conducted to investigate the degree of alignment between the school and the enterprise in curriculum,skills and quality.It is found that the degree of attention to the students' knowledge,skills and quality is generally higher than that of the enterprise,but there is also a need to strengthen the construction of humanistic courses and interdisciplinary courses as well as specific training paths to achieve students ability though the university has a clear cognization of what ability enterprise need.The above study runs through the second,third chapters of this article.Combining the text analysis of the training programs and the results of the questionnaire,the main reasons for these problems lie in the limited training conditions of the Optoelectronic information science and engineering schools,the expression mechanism of related enterprise is not well organized,the theory of personnel training in Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering Specialty in Colleges is not perfect,and the research of training scheme is lagging behind.Therefore,the following aspects should be optimized to improve the training program: 1.Inherit and promote the good qualities and maintain the professional features;2.Improve the expression mechanism of stakeholders in the specialty of Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering;3.The training objectives and requirements need to be clear and specified;4.Adjust the curriculum system;5.Reform training mode on the basis of training orientation;6.Adopt multi subject assessment method.
