| Engineering education certification is a qualified professional engineering quality standards compliance assessment.In the certification process,one of the primary tasks is to clearly training objectives.Because which regulates the entire training activities,and is the starting point and destination of talent training,and also the basis for assessing the quality of graduates.Therefore,as the core of professional certification,there is an inherent conformity between certification standards and training objectives.The fit is related to the level of internationalization of engineering education and the quality of talent training in our country.In this paper,we take some training objectives of engineering major in universities in china as examples,and then decompose the connotation of professional certification standards,combine with the development of training objectives of engineering major in universities to determine the observation points and construct the connotation structure.Using content analysis and analysis of variance to study the fit and correlation of their training objectives with certification results,reveal some practical problems in training objectives of engineering majors by analyzing the existing standards of the mention rate of the certification standards,especially the alienation of professional certification standards.Finally,in view of the existing practical problems,according to the rules and actual needs of setting training objectives,combine with the requirements of "Internet +" plan and "Industrial 4.0" strategy for engineering talents,and then put forward reasonable suggestions and basic operational path for scientific setting training objectives of engineering major from the principles and process and content of target setting,as well as the revision,disclosure,ways to achieve and so on.Helping universities to realize the training objectives of its personnel training activities of norms,guidance,supervision,evaluation and other functions,improve the quality of talent training and international level. |
