Young teachers are an important part of college teachers, they are the main forces to spread knowledge and solve puzzles for the students. With the progress of the times, society has increasingly high demands on students and teachers, it forced young teachers must seek professional development. As a new generation of young teachers after 90,they have a certain uniqueness in the personality and sense of the times in ideas. How to build a post-service education operating mechanism to follow the personality characteristics of young teachers, encourage them to pursue their own development consciously is the main problem of this article.The main purpose of this study is the effect of young teachers’ post-service education in Huzhou Normal College is not ideal, the project of post-service education does not match the development needs of young teachers, it causes young teachers participate inactively and the overall level of young teachers is lower. By building a more rational and effective post-service education operation mechanism, to stimulate internal development needs of young teachers, to improve their overall quality and teaching ability, to achieve a win-win individual interests between teachers and college.Based on the young teachers’ actual demands, on the basis of preliminary research, i have collected some issues about post-service education by questionnaires, interviews, mainly as follows:First, the concept of post-service education is lagging behind; Second, the post-service education training system is imperfect; Third, the content of post-service education is lack of targeted and scientific; Fourth, the post-service education’s incentive mechanism is not perfect; Fifth, the post-service education is lack of an effective evaluation mechanism; At last, to analysis factors influencing the educational effect from social reasons, school reasons and individual reasons.By drawing the experience of post-service education in domestic universities, on the basis of young teachers development needs by questionnaire. Raising some countermeasures and suggestions to improve Huzhou normal college’s post-service education combined with the issues. First, the concept of post-service education should be changed, a concept of "young teachers oriented" should be established, and the "teacher development" concept should be implement. Secondly, to establish a post-service education’s management system, from how to clear management agency responsibilities, how to improve management system, how to build assessment and incentives three aspects to elaborate, which focuses on how to build the assessment and incentives, through the establishment of classification, comprehensive, fair assessment and human, material and achievement incentives to stimulate teachers to pursue development of the internal needs. Finally, the post-service education system should be completed, to implement stratified and assorted education which based on the different stages of teacher development embodied different needs, do as what teachers want to do, to propose practical measures which meet the needs of teachers; on the basis of "normal" characteristics, to propose how to focus on training young backbone, how to highlight "normal" characteristics; Based on the problem of modern education, encouraging young teachers to use modern technology appropriately to enhance teaching ability.
