Minister Chen Baosheng said.To strengthen the construction of teachers,we must improve the quality of after-service education.At present,the role of post-service education of primary school mathematics teachers is increasingly prominent.Post-service education is an important way to promote teachers’ professional growth,and it has become a symbiotic,complementary and inseparable relationship with teachers’ professional growth.From the perspective of teachers’ professional growth,there are still a series of problems in the post-service education of primary school mathematics teachers in China in terms of teachers’ strength,content and form,guarantee mechanism and the participating teachers ’ own understanding of curriculum value,etc.and post-service education should become the focus of teacher education construction.It is urgent to listen to the inner voice of teachers and improve the quality of post-service education.Take the depth interview of qualitative research in this paper,the selection of hunan province,four elementary school mathematics teacher for interview object,with remarkable achievements through many times interview to collect a large number of raw materials,the experience on the road to teacher growth,emphatically analyzed post-career education for their professional growth mechanism: the influence of the problem situation and psychological gap is to promote teachers participate in the external trigger condition of post-service education,teachers’ different learning motivation led to participate in training the enthusiasm,and to participate in training the enthusiasm and affects the achievements transformation,in the process of teachers’ in-service education after resolve the problem of conflict and the psychological gap,thus affecting the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in the post-service education.The independent practice and deep reflection of teachers and the transformation of post-service education achievements promote teachers’ sense of self-efficacy and professional identity,and form a long-term dynamic mechanism.The implementation of post-service education and the support from all aspects of the school are the external guarantee mechanism to promote the transformation of achievements.The present paper not only longitudinally shows the process of professional growth of famous teachers and post-service education mechanism which promote the professional development of famous teachers from teacher’s professional growth stage,but transversely explains the influence of post-service education on their professional development from teachers’ specialized knowledge,professional ability and emotion.Listen to the voices of famous teachers,to understand the perceptions of post-service education,professional development perspective to look at the current post-service education in teachers,content,form,security mechanism and the participation of teachers ’ understanding of curriculum value aspect of the defects in the aspects such as,for the future teachers in education reform in the participation of teachers themselves,the training,the school has put forward some reasonable Suggestions.The effective development of teachers’ post-service education takes teachers’ intrinsic motivation as the core,and external support and guarantee as the nutrient.In different stages of teachers’ growth,various factors cross influence each other to form a good circular interactive relationship.Encourage primary school teachers to embark on the road of professional development!... |
