With the development of lifelong education, every country pays more and more attentions to the integration of teacher education , and the integration of teacher education becomes a apparent trend of teacher education. Now people have theoretically reach agreement on the integration of teacher education, and in practice some organizations of it appear too. In the implementation of teacher education in our country, pre-service training and post training are still separate, and They don't form a organic process. Although the process of the integration of teacher education maybe very long, and there may be so many problem to be studied and resolved too, the study on curriculum program of the integration of teacher education is a precondition of its implementations. However, few people discuss this issue. The paper tries to analyze correlative problems of the curriculum program of the integration of teacher education and then comes up with some suggestions.According to the characteristics and laws of teacher professional development, the author program the curriculum in the guidance of integration . Here, the teacher education is divided into two phases to discuss: pre-service training and post training. pre-service training is the preparation of a teacher, so the learning of foundations is very important. The author conducts a lot of literature research, analyzes the actuality and characteristics of pre-service training overseas. And then based on the analysis of actuality and problems of pre-service training in our country, the author programs the content of curriculum of it. In the curriculum system, the author adds a general education, increases the proportion of educational courses, and gives special attention to the combination of theory and practice, all in order to make the educational practice more flexible and various. Post training is the continuing education process of a teacher. According to the laws of teacher professional development, we can divide it into several classes: entrance training, qualified teacher training, skeleton teacher training, and expert teacher training, and every phase has its peculiarity. The author conducts a lot of literature research, analyzes the actuality and characteristics of post training overseas and conducts a questionnaire and interview with middle school teachers. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire, the author realizes the actuality of curriculum, finds out the teachers' opinion on it, and then selects different course contents according to characteristics of every phase. The aim is to raise the level of training course of post training, avoid the simple repetition of pre-service training,and make sure that the contents are more meaningful, and have more relations with practice, to satisfy the teachers' needs and promote their lifelong education. The improvement of the integration of teacher education is a long process, and there are so many problems to study and solve. As the key of integration of teacher education, the development of integration curriculum is not a simple process. It requires us to explore ceaselessly according to the practice, to make out better, more suitable curriculum program.
