If the pre-service education for young college teachers to teach from the door opened, so vocational education is the young college teachers’ professional specialty and teaching a comprehensive upgrade of the palace. Vocational education is not only the rights of young teachers in Colleges and universities, but also the duty of young teachers in Colleges and universities. Along with the social development, the knowledge of the life is more and more short, the explosion of knowledge, culture transition in the realistic society, the young teachers must conform to the trend of the times, actively participate in the in-service education, make their own stand three feet platform, and to seek long-term development.The young teachers in Colleges and universities is an adult, and adult learning theory can explain the young college teachers’ learning motivation and learning mechanism, followed by the university young teacher is a teacher, so the teacher professional development theory to guide the development of young teachers in Colleges of the trajectory, and teachers can talk clearly on young college teachers should possess quality and the ability to make a request.This paper selected the United States, Britain and Taiwan three countries and regions of the young college teachers’ in-service education for reference, at the same time with our young teachers status comparison, summed up in China in recent years young college teachers’ in-service education achievements, and pointed out that still exist deficiencies, in combination with the situation of our country on the basis of drawing lessons from advanced experience, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.
