With the development of society,the level of people's aesthetic awareness and understanding has been continuously improved,and society's demands for art teachers have also become higher and higher.Post-employment training of art teachers in primary and secondary schools as an important way to improve the professional level of art teachers has received the attention of the education authorities,organized and carried out a variety of training activities,which to a certain extent improved the professional ability of art teachers..However,judging from the training effect,there are still some problems in post-service training for teachers of art subjects in primary and secondary schools,such as the lack of targeted training content,the inability to meet the professional development needs of teachers,and the unreasonable training time.Therefore,post-employment training for art teachers in primary and secondary schools still needs further optimization and improvement.This research bases on practical investigations and theoretical studies,and from the perspective of teacher feedback,investigates the situation of the post-employment training of art teachers in primary and secondary schools,intuitively understands the training,and finds out the reasons for influencing the effect of training in the training process.Analyze and propose methods to solve problems so that training can play its due role,and then promote the professional level of art teachers in primary and secondary schools.The study is divided into four parts:The first part mainly introduces the origin of the research,the significance of the research,the current situation of research at home and abroad,and the author's research methods.The second part mainly defines the concept of post-service training for art teachers in primary and secondary schools,and introduces the theoretical basis of the study.The third part is a survey of the status quo of post-service training for art teachers in primary and secondary schools.Based on the survey results,it analyzes the problems in post-service training in terms of content,resources,and management,and includes three aspects:training institutions,government management,and participation of teachers.Analyze the cause of the problem.The fourth part is the countermeasure study,mainly based on the problems existing intraining,and put forward corresponding suggestions from the aspects of training content,training resources,training evaluation and reward mechanism.
