The important task of China’s basic education reform is to implement quality education and cultivate talents with practical ability and innovative spirit. The new art curriculum standard pay attention to combining student’s life experience and art activities learning, let students through the life experience of the reality and practice to understand art activities with protean creation taste, so as to improve the students’ aesthetic ability, creation ability and imagination ability. Students like to close the course of their own lives. But in the teaching practice, the Chinese folk art appreciation course impose the famous representative of folk art as its main content, it can’t be completely fit local conditions, and the content is too broad. According to the requirements of the new curriculum standards, the Chinese folk art appreciation course should fully develop the local characteristics of fine arts resources for teaching.Based on this, This article tries to through the deeply investigation, definition, integration of Ma’anShan’s local folk arts and crafts, Regard Hong bin silk painting as a high school art curriculum of potential curriculum resources, analysis how to develop teaching content and applied to classroom teaching. Firstly, according to high school Chinese folk art teaching status and problems as an entry point, through the analysis of the new requirements of new curriculum standards and new directions for the art of teaching, specifically local art curriculum resources development and utilization feasibility. After the introduction of the folk traditional arts and crafts teaching in high school, from the theory and the reality to analysis the introduction of folk arts and crafts to the rationality and significance of high school art teaching. On this basis, in-depth study of how Ma’anShan’arts and crafts as a local art curriculum resources applied to teaching practice, according to the author’s teaching experience, the author gives the teaching case, in order to provide ideas and direction for innovation of high school’s art teaching.
