In recent years, the National College Entrance Examination ushered in the "New favorite"-- "Composition writing with new material, " the new material composition, from the 1890s is the topic of writing, the material composition over a step by step evolution. Therefore, the study of new teaching material composition, composition teaching language is a general trend, a new research directions and fields.Although high school teachers come to understand new material composition of important trends and future teaching writing, but in the actual teaching process, due to the long accumulaion to improve the level of writing, the effect is not obvious on rapid language scores improvement, resulting in a " speaking seriously, teaching negligently, learning ignorantly. " the status quo to learn. To fully understand and master new material composition present in the case of Yanji teaching, the writer selected Yanji third high school for the survey, from different sides and angles, with interviews, questionnaires and practice lectures, etc., from the high school level, the level of teachers and students. On the school level, mainly in terms of school emphasis for the new material composition teaching and effective response; on the teacher’s level, the main new material composition teaching methods, teaching arrangement, teaching resources, accumulation and use, etc.; the student level, mainly students from the degree of emphasis on new material composition, the interest in learning, both inside and outside of special training courses, accumulation and use of materials and so on. Through field survey questionnaires and interviews, the writer found that all levels of Yanji third high school has taken measures to cope, has made efforts and achieved initial results, the advantage is obvious. For example, a well-stocked school, teachers and students easy to read, has laid a good foundation for a new creative writing material accumulation; schools encourage teachers to actively carry out research of new material composition teaching, actively encourage young teachers to take a more open teaching mode, etc.; teachers’dedication, professionalism, strong teaching ability; students’attention to the new material composition and writing exercises, consciously collect their material, and so on. However, due to objective and subjective factors, there are also drawbacks. For example, there has been no new material composition teaching-related research, most teachers still prefer the traditional method of teaching, are unable to accept the open teaching model, less curriculum on new material writing; high reproducibility of students’creative accumulation, less accumulation of life materials and so on.Facing this situation, if you want to continuously improve the level of teaching writing new material, improve students’writing ability test scores and future work & life, all aspects need to be improved in Yanji third high school. This paper aims to Yanji third high school teaching writing new material investigation, analysis current situation and problems of the new material composition teaching in high school, which made rational and effective teaching high school writing new material systems, to further guide the new material composition teaching, so that the new material composition teaching is becoming more efficient, systematic. First, evaluated and summarized and related issues in a planned improvementof Yanji third high school; Second, to reference Yanbian teaching writing new material; the third, is to advise on Yanbian education-related departments to better organize the teaching and research of new material composition; fourth, for the front-line high school language teachers to change their teaching ideas and teaching methods have some reference.
