With the rapid development of China’s economy, the number and scale of Chinese enterprises are growing at an unprecedented speed. And this causes many problems. So China’s enterprises learn the management theories from western countries, they regard the training as solutions to companies’problems. Training in companies in China is developing rapidly in these years. However, China’s corporate training is still in its infancy. Most people are focused on training Instructor and design courses. But does these trainings work? Nobody knows. They just think that the training should have worked.I studied lots of theories on training transfer in past 2 years. For training transfer, it is generally agreed that the transfer of training involves the application, generalization, and maintenance of new knowledge and skills. The training transfer occurring or not is the direct basis for judging whether a training project is successful or not. This study first reviews the western theories and models of training transfer, which are the training transfer theory of the Kirkpatrick model, Tracey’s training transfer theory and Holton’s theory and model of training transfer. And I use a Holton’s questionnaire in a China’s companies. Finally I give some advices to enhance the company’s training transfer.
