As preschool education career development, the teachers lack phenomenon is highlighted. On the one hand, the shortages of the preschool teachers are alleviated. In order to improve the Kindergarten transfer teachers’ professional level, job-transfer training carried out in succession, but whether theteacher training meets the needs of transfer teachers, teacher training, the training effect is ideal, is worth studying. For example, this article based on “National Teacher Training Program " in 2013 rural teachers of kindergarten transfers short-term training programs, using the questionnaire survey method and interview method to attend kindergarten job-transfer training teachers background, training needs and conduct training effectiveness analysis, based on the discovered problems, Suggestions are put forward.Past research has shown that: 1. The training of transfer teachers are mainly middle-aged have compiled over the age of 30 female teachers, most come from the local school with kindergarten, high overall cultural level, but most of the graduated from the preschool education major, most of teachers belong to the passive kindergarten transfer teacher, mostly work in the shift of teachers, after some kindergarten transfer teacher at the beginning of the training is not trained. 2. Kindergarten transfer teachers’ participation in training the intention and purpose are strong, strong demand for training; On the training content to have young children’s development, communication, five major areas of education and other professional knowledge learning demand is bigger, basic skills, communication with children and their parents, the education activities of the organization and design of the improvement of the ability to work demand; Tendency on teachers training of colleges and universities teaching experts and accomplished teachers; In the training mode of classroom observation and practice, case teaching model favored by most teachers; In training evaluation form, kindergarten transfer teachers tend to be more class degree of participation and the students study the two evaluation criteria. 3. The training course arrangement and consistent job-transfer training is up to the mustard, kindergarten transfer teacher training in the aspect of professional knowledge and ability to work after have ideal results, they can use it on the works, the training is outstanding, but long-term training need to be improved.Based on the research conclusion, the department training, the kindergarten transfers teachers and kindergarten teachers, this three aspects put forward the corresponding advice, training competent departments shall controls the whole process, complete the training system; Kindergarten transfer teachers should adjust the participation attitude, with positive attitude to study; Kindergarten should support the training work. For the three ways to cooperate with each other, as to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the kindergarten transfer teachers training, can effectively enhance the kindergarten transfer teacher’s specialization degree, guarantee the quality of early childhood education.
