Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,China has made remarkable achievements in its rapid economic and social development.With the continuous deepening and progress of China's socialist economic development and enterprise reform,it provides new opportunities and driving forces for the development of enterprises and improves their strength in the market competition.At the same time,in the process of reform and development,enterprises continue to cause a large number of laid-off personnel,waiting for work,so that many people become unemployed social people,government employment has brought great pressure.Therefore,how to settle these laid-off and waiting staff has become a problem that must be considered in the process of enterprise system reform in China.And this kind of staff,we give them the definition for job-transfer staff,at present,for job-transfer staff re-employment work,our country mainly uses the method is for the staff to carry on the scientific and systematic transferred again employment training,through training for job-transfer staff for enterprise development,social progress the necessary professional skills,cultural knowledge and social quality,to help them on the new job,implement re-employment.In this paper,through the reemployment training of the transfer of staff problems and related theoretical research,put forward the corresponding solutions.
