In recent years,the Party and the state have put forward guidance and issued professional standards around the construction of the new era teachers.In the new era,we should comprehensively improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers and build a high-quality and professional team of teachers.As new members of the teaching staff,new teachers will face difficulties in teaching skills,teaching experience and other aspects.The previous research shows that the effect of new teachers’ training content into teaching practice is not good after participating in special training,and the effectiveness of the whole training is low.Training transfer is the theory of training transformation efficiency,which refers to the behavior and extent of trainees to apply the skills,knowledge,abilities and attitudes related to specific abilities acquired in training to their actual work.The purpose of this study is to analyze the status and influencing factors of the training transfer of new teachers in primary and secondary schools in the region,and propose ways to improve the implementation,so as to solve the problem of low training efficiency.Based on the literature research,this study combed the relevant research on training transfer theory and its influencing factors in teacher training,and determined the main influencing factors in combination with the characteristics of regional new teacher training projects.Combined with the existing scales of influencing factors of teacher training transfer at home and abroad,the research scale was developed on the basis of adapting to the characteristics of new teacher training projects in primary and secondary schools in the region.The questionnaire platform was used to conduct an online questionnaire on teachers who have participated in the training of new teachers in regional primary and secondary schools in the past four years.Through the statistical analysis of the data collected from the questionnaire,it is concluded that the main influencing factors and sub influencing factors have a direct impact on the training transfer effect,among which training design and training atmosphere have the most significant impact.Through the analysis of the research conclusion,according to the training transfer theory and the specific implementation effect of the regional primary and secondary school new teacher training project,this study gives the corresponding improvement implementation path in terms of the different significance of the training transfer motivation,training transfer design,and training transfer atmosphere on the training effect.In terms of migration motivation,the main ways to improve are: first,improve the new teacher system at all levels,promote new teachers to participate in training from the perspective of training value,and second,strengthen the personal confidence of teachers participating in training,and take the initiative to participate in training.In terms of migration design,the main improvement path is to conduct research in advance to fully and carefully grasp the needs of new teacher training content;Curriculum design and diversified training organization form close to teaching practice;Take various measures to effectively resolve the contradiction between work and study;Establish follow-up learning support services covering the whole training process.In terms of the transfer atmosphere,the main improvement is to give play to the incentive role of the school’s new teacher training system,drive new teachers to actively carry out training transfer from both internal and external aspects,give play to the guidance and assistance role of school managers,and make good use of the spirit and ability of learning,peer teaching and peer cooperation.According this study the model and conclusions of influencing factors of training transfer of primary and secondary school teachers drawn can be used for reference by educational administrative departments,teacher training institutions and schools to improve the efficiency of training transfer.
